If you use KeLand to sell or list on behalf of another person or business, you must have clear authority to do so and must comply with this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.
This policy applies whenever a property is listed, marketed, updated, or managed on KeLand by someone acting for the owner, rights holder, developer, estate, company, or any other principal.
It covers agents, brokers, agency staff, assistants, relatives, caretakers, marketing teams, developers, and any other representative using KeLand on behalf of another person or organisation.
If you sell or list on behalf of another party, you must have clear, current authority to do so before publishing the property on KeLand.
We may request proof of authority at any time, including where a listing is reported, flagged for review, or submitted for verification.
You must ensure the owner or principal has approved the listing content, price, availability, images, and any claims made about the property before publication.
If the owner changes the asking price, availability, instructions, or scope of authority, you must update the listing promptly or remove it if your authority has ended.
Representatives must present themselves honestly and clearly identify their role in the transaction. You may not suggest that you are the owner if you are acting as an agent, marketer, or intermediary.
Where applicable, you should disclose whether you are acting under an exclusive mandate, open mandate, developer appointment, or other representative relationship relevant to the property.
KeLand may request documents or additional information to support verification, complaint review, anti-fraud checks, or moderation decisions for sell-on-behalf listings.
If you cannot provide sufficient proof of authority or supporting documents when reasonably requested, we may refuse, limit, unpublish, or remove the listing.
If you receive enquiries through KeLand while acting on behalf of another party, you must handle those enquiries professionally, accurately, and only for legitimate property purposes.
You may not misuse buyer or tenant information, conceal material facts, pressure users into unsafe payments, or make commitments that exceed the authority granted to you by the owner or principal.
Any commissions, service fees, referral fees, or compensation arrangements related to a sell-on-behalf listing must be lawful, transparent where required, and handled outside KeLand unless explicitly supported by the platform.
You are responsible for ensuring that any fee discussions, commission structures, or side agreements do not mislead buyers, sellers, or the represented owner.
KeLand does not allow representatives to use the platform in a way that creates confusion about ownership, authority, pricing, or transaction status.
If an owner, buyer, regulator, or other credible source disputes your authority or the accuracy of a listing, KeLand may pause visibility, request evidence, or remove the listing while the issue is reviewed.
Repeated complaints, unverifiable authority, or failure to cooperate with review requests may result in restrictions on your account or removal from the platform.
You remain responsible for the truthfulness of the listing, the scope of your authority, and any commitments you make while using KeLand on behalf of another party.
You agree to indemnify and hold KeLand harmless from losses, claims, disputes, or regulatory issues arising from false authority, inaccurate listing content, misuse of documents, or unauthorised representation.
We may revise this Sell on Behalf Policy as KeLand evolves or as trust, safety, verification, or legal requirements change. Continued use of the platform after updates may indicate acceptance of the revised policy.
If you are unsure whether your authority is sufficient for a listing, contact the KeLand team before publishing or promoting the property.
If you are acting for an owner, estate, company, or developer and want to confirm the right way to publish a listing on KeLand, contact the team before going live.
